Marinated Mushrooms

  • 2 lbs. small fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine juice of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Put mushrooms into a large bowl, cover with other ingredients and stir.

Let sit as long as you can before serving (at least 4-5 hours).
